Henry Adams A teacher is a community leader. A classroom is a place wherein, moulding and shaping of pupils personality takes place to prepare the leaders in the society playing a role of better citizens in work situations. The class-room offers the pupils a physical, psychological and social framework capable of promoting his all round development. This way, a classroom is an organizational group of pupils pursuing and receiving instruction from the teachers. Therefore, classroom becomes an integral part of the society and it is truly said that, “classroom is sub-system of a social system”. The classroom is made group dynamic by the interaction process which is like a chain or wheel which goes on moving. The academic achievement and conflict both arises due to interaction amongst classroom groups i.e. the teacher and his pupils.
