Abstract

Today people of world are living in an era of globalization and it is so deeply rooted that it affects every aspect of human life. Human civilization has moved one step ahead through the process of globalization. As already stated the process of globalization is very complex in terms of its origin, development and it cause and effect. Globalizationis usually understood as a process in which barriers (physical, political, economic, cultural) separating different regions of the world are reduced or removed, thereby stimulating exchanges in goods, services, money, and people. As these exchanges grow, nations, and the businesses involved, become increasingly integrated and interdependent.
