Abstract

Teacher education holds the most crucial position in the education system today. In fact, a teacher is the topmost academic and professional person in the educational pyramid. A teacher is responsible for the education of students under whose change the destiny of our children is placed by the community. The onus of the quality of teachers, therefore, rests on the teachers him. Teaching is a lifetime profession and also due to the rapid explosion of knowledge and scientific inventions, the attitude of teachers towards their profession is charging rapidly. So teachers should check them periodically and make their own assessment to find their attitudes their profession. In the work situation, attitudes are a major potential source of performance differences of variations in quantity and quality of output, absenteeism turnover and other aspects of performance.
