COMPARATIVE STUDY OF JOB SATISFACTION OF RESIDENTIAL AND NON RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS TEACHER OF DISTRICT SIRMOUR IN HIMACHAL PRADESH

The aim of study was to investigate the comparison of job satisfaction of residential and non residential school teachers of district Sirmour in Himachal Pradesh. To reach the conclusion of the study 80 teachers were taken (40 teachers from residential and 40 teachers from non residential school.) The data was analyzed by using statistical package for the social science. The statistical tools used for the study were mean, SD and t-Test. The results have shown significant comparison between the above said variables.
