STUDY THE EFFECT OF AGE FACTOR ON LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS OF THE HEADMASTERS OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract

In general, age is considered to be the most influential variable. This study is about effect of age factor on leadership effectiveness of the headmasters of secondary schools. Total 66 principal were selected for this study. After collecting data, data was put to statistical treatment by using mean, S.D., & t-test. Research finds out that there is no significant difference between effective leadership of headmasters of age group of up to 45 and above 45 years.
