Abstract

Entrepreneur is a person, who develops something new for creating his own identity. Entrepreneurship in India is given the noteworthystatus due to its visible impact in wealth- creation and employment generation. It is considered as one of the best means of triggering economic and social development. Factor cause success for female entrepreneurs- Economical and technological development, good quality education and spiritual support.This is a case study of woman entrepreneur- Vandana Patel of private silai training center in Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh, who had overcome all the challenges in her life journey since life changing turning point from shy to confident lady building own identity in society as well as in the training sector. In current scenario, women required certain unique motivational factors apart from economical support, government support. As women have amazing adeptness to work hard and develop innovative ideas towards building an economically sound and healthy society. Work-life balance is the balance between the one’s personal and professional life. How elegantly and gracefully one is making balance with continuous growth in both i.e professionally and personally. In managerial term, tactfully dealing with the life situations as well as the working situations.
