Abstract

We humans are rational animals who are born with free will. We are the “so called” superior beings as compared to any other being on earth because we have a very highly developed intellect than any other being on earth. But, this does not guarantee us with the right of manipulating the lives of other fellow beings. In present respect many organisations have raised issues regarding the rights of animals, the atrocities faced by these animals due to human activities. But, there are many places where there are no existing organisations fighting for the rights of these fellow beings, especially the street animals are being rejected, neglected, and devoid of every right, they are supposed to be given. Such is a place; Patna of Bihar is where there is no proper organisation working for the rights of these ‘Streetos’. In fact, the hospitals running there are not proper for them; there are no active emergency services which are to be provided in the hour of need. So, these are the issues that need the attention of the government as well as the common people. It is now the high time when we need to raise our ethical bars.
