Abstract

The role of management system has been considered very much relevant in the formation of employees’ productivity in the organisation. This study will be helpful to highlight the importance of management system on employees’ productivity. The sample taken for survey is of both employees of public and private sectors organizations. Improper implementation of management system in the organizations have an impact on employees’ productivity.
