The Innovation Buddy Week is an activity conducted by the Team Innovation under the aegis of ABCD (anonymous name ) - The Think Tank with an objective of creating world class Indian leaders. The members of ABCD are classified under the six Tenets of the INDIAN: I = Innovation, N= Networking, D= Dynamic, I – Inspiring, A= Authentic Articulation , N= Newzworthy. Every team has two leaders. Team Innovation led by VJ (anonymous name) as Leader of the group and PM (anonymous name) as Joint Leader has 12 members in total. The Innovation Buddy Week is one such activity which focuses on engaging the group through various leadership activities with an objective of enhancing the critical thinking and articulation skills with the innovative mindset. The activity mentioned in this document was conducted by the researcher for the duration of June-July 2020. The present research paper identifies the unique characteristics of HIgh Performing Team like Team Innovation, which is doing best among all the Teams.
