Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is one of the fastest growing fields of education globally. Entrepreneurship plays a significant role in economic development in any country especially developing country like India. .Therefore every country needs promotion of entrepreneurship and to promote this a proper education and training is necessary. There is a tacit assumption that links between providing EE and promised economic growth, generating employment opportunity and enhancing economic development at large.Entrepreneurship education stimulates motivation and development of entrepreneurial attitude, skill and knowledge among students. It is also associates with developing mindset to be able to turn creative ideas into entrepreneurial action. In India, there are number of formal and informal entrepreneurial education providers are actively working to provide the education and training to the people and students. These providers are government institutes, Business schools, NGOs, Banks and Financial institutes and industrial associations.
