Abstract

This paper is an attempt to attempt to analyze the scope of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita as an instrument for corporate employee training under Internal Marketing program of an Organization .one of the major objective of internal marketing is to develop service orientation among employees so that the long term survival of the organization can be ensured. This paper also deals with the importance of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita in developing service attitude in employees and thereby enhancing the organizational performance. This study suggests that the inclusion of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita into corporate education and employee training and developmental program could enhance the efficiency and service attitude among employees.
