Abstract

When it comes to the opportunity of placing you right in the Industry, there is no bigger brand than you as an individual. Personality what one built , plays a very influential factor in creating that right Image to get hired among thousands. This never happens overnight hence this paper comprises of all the importance and challenges faced by the youth due to privation of proper training , knowledge and right weight age given to students on power of Personal appearance and Image impact in comparison to Academic /professional scores and ranks in schools, colleges and universities. Today Corporate demand has changed as they focus more on various communication framework and Image Management over score card. A questionnaire was filled by students from different programs in the University both graduate and post graduate level ,which concluded with telling us that regular training, monitoring and preparation for Interview would make them ready to face the challenge in front of their prospective employee making them start their career with their dream job.
