A STUDY ON CUSTOMERS ATTITUDE TOWARDS TERM PLAN OF DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANIES

Abstract

The current research is an effort to explain Indian consumers ' attitudes towards the insurance sector. .The study was conducted by gathering customer responses on a five point Likert scale through a standardized questionnaire. To evaluate the level of awareness about insurance services and their attitude towards insurance services, a total of 108 responses were collected to evaluate the insurance services awareness level and their attitude towards insurance services. Research findings show that specific socio-demographic and economic variables in Indian scenario have a significant impact on the attitudes of customers toward insurance services. The findings of this study can serve as inputs for the Indian market insurance companies to frame marketing
