Abstract

The paper attempts to examine the occupational stress of women working in the business sector of the National Capital Region. A sample of 900 working women were collected. The data was classified according to the position held, that is, the managers, supervisors and sub-ordinators from 10 different business sectors. correlation and regression between variables were used to prove the hypothesis and to find a significant difference, the Kruskal Wallis H test was used. Analysis of the data shows that although the position of women leaders is higher than the level of stress, the study showed that it was also clear that the younger the children, the higher the level of stress of women employees was high, the more women cared about their careers. have more stress than less educated women, the fact that older women, the higher the stress at work. Women in work stress, regardless of their type of business, affect their work and social life. Training should be provided to overcome the stress of working women so that they may be able to perform their duties more effectively and efficiently.
