A STUDY ON: CURRENT CHALLENGING SCENARIO FOR FIRST GENERATION ENTREPRENEURS

Abstract

Know a day’s first generation entrepreneur has been used in place of new entrepreneurs. they are the prosperity builders and new leaders in business. the small difference between entrepreneur and first generation entrepreneur is that new entrepreneurs can’t invest huge amount with thought of losing it. but established one is ‘risk-safe’. being a first generation entrepreneur little more efforts should be required for the survival in the business world. There are many reason which influence people to enter into business, in India unemployment and government support for entrepreneur can be the main influencing factors. The Indian government has started over 50+ schemes in past few years for young entrepreneur. After USA and Britain, India is also at third place in terms of number of startups. This paper is segmented in different part; firstly it will cover the introduction and literature review, reasons in growth in new entrepreneurs. Then it will discuss and analyze about the challenges and opportunities. at last suggestions and conclusion will drawn.
