The paper aims at giving an insight on the concept of quality of work life the reason for its growing concern in the organization and the need of quality of work life. The paper also enlightens the readers on the factors that influence the quality of work life and its benefits to the organization as well to the employees. The next section presents the measures which will help the organization to improve the quality of work life. along with the literature review to support the above points. The paper also gives a glimpse of Indian scenario in respect of quality of work life along with few examples to understand the scenario in a better way.
