Abstract

Organisation climate and culture is contemporary issue and tremendously affects the job satisfaction of employees and nurture appropriate human environment in humanising the job, business and organisation. For more than half a century researchers, scholars and academicians are trying to understand the antecedents and consequences of organizational climate and job satisfaction. Lot of research work has been done on the topic. This article attempts to review the existing research related to organizational climate and job satisfaction. The research work has tried to provide a vibrant view of some promising avenues for research opportunities and potential for integrating and reintegrating the aspects of organisation climate and job satisfaction.
