Abstract

Tourism acting an essential role in promoting goodwill among the people and thereby fostering demographic status enlargement of the country. Tourism industry helps to make vast foreign exchange reserves and visitors hobbies, entertainment and traveling’s. Besides, encourage handicrafts and fine arts of a nation, it helps in preserving the nature’s loveliness, cultural heritage of the land, tradition of soil and strengthens the procedure of nationwide addition and universal brotherhood. A specific study that carried out to identify tourism marketing and its development in Kodaikanal. A total of 120 visitors were participated in this study from various tourist spots. Collected data was analyzed by using SPSS. The main objective of this study is to estimate the tourism and its impact on tourist industry visitor. A convenient sampling has been applied in the study and suggestion and conclusion also provided in a brief manner.
