Abstract

This paper presents the concept of Patanjali's Asana, Pranayam, Pratyahar and how all these three limbs are mastered in Vipassana technique. Introduction: Among the classical yoga texts of yoga, ‘Patanjal yogsutra' Is highly recommended. It describes about eight limbs of Yoga and how it should be mastered. All these eight limbs can be mastered in order to attain the state of yoga, in vipassana technique. We will discuss about Asana, Pranayam, Pratyahar particularly.
