Abstract

This Paper aims to offer definition and classification of internet and social media. It elucidates on the theoretical linkages of basic concepts used in this study. This chapter starts with the explanation of basic terms that are related to the study of internet, internet shopping and social media. It ends with providing some more information about the role of social media in business context.
