Simply put behavioral finance deals with psychology and finance to explain the causes of investment by individuals and other economic acts. It uses cognitive psychology, social sciences, and sociology understanding to discuss irrational investor behavior not captured by traditional rational-based models. This article examines the significance and significance of behavioral finance in investment choices and its implementation.
