Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the online shopping patterns among consumers in urban area and rural area of Agra district that might be one of the most important issues of e-commerce and marketing field. However, there is very limited research has been done which cover the rural area in his study. So this is the most important part which motivated me to study the online shopping patterns among consumers in urban area and rural area and this is also a objective of this study. To investigate this objective 402 (198 rural and 208 urban) questionnaires dispersed among homemaker, mall’s visitors, rural area, college and universities that are operated in Agra district, Uttar Pradesh Respondents to the questionnaire were consumers of online stores in Agra which randomly selected.
