Abstract

The Textile undertakes an authoritative job in human life. Textile enterprises are one of the fast growing businesses of India for fetching Foreign Exchange and offering work to lakhs of labourers. Although it was an exact work of thoughtful Shops it needs to move more in the zone of labour’s welfare. According to the research, Welfare measures adopts serious place in satisfaction of labours and it results in improved nature of work. Labour welfare characterizes as "endeavours to make life worth living for labourers". These endeavours have their source either in some rule shaped by the state or in some domestic custom or in overall understanding or in the business of own purpose. This research paper manages the work welfare in India.
