Abstract

To ensure the successful implementation of total quality management one need to understand the basic elements which help the organisation to keep each and every single aspect in place. As total quality management is a change philosophy it is necessary to make people accept the change. Continuous improvement, employee involvement, communication, recognition, integrity, ethics, teamwork are some of the element to preparing for change and helps the organization to institutionalize change as a permanent part of it. This study give emphasise to the different components of management that leads to the successful implementation of total quality management and also to impart change as a part of organisation culture.
