Abstract

On the basis of this preliminary study the following processes and practices are being adopted in these large hospitals the main function of the HR Department is recruitment & selection, training and development, wages and salary administration, job analysis and performance appraisal and welfare schemes and incentives. this study basically focuses on critical factors which affected HR practices in medical transcription business by using principle component roreted varimax method. the data will collected through survey methods to direct consumer.
