Abstract
Though the term ‘bureaucracy’ has been in existence since the eighteenth century when it was first coined by Vincent de Gourney, a French economist in 1745, as an administrative structure, it, though in different nature, has been here to perform the function of the society since the beginning of the human civilisation.
