Abstract

This survey based descriptive research has been undertaken in Chennai city, Tamilnadu with the objectives of job satisfaction of employees who working in TCS. The primary data have been collected using structured questionnaire and the secondary data have been collected from Journals and official websites. The statistical tools used for the study are percentage analysis and chi-square test. The result of the study shows that majority of the respondents are satisfied with job and working conditions.
