YOGA AND ITS EFFECT

Abstract

The simple way to understand YOGA is, giving care to your body in terms of proper way of breathing and meditation, in other words, giving care to your body, mind and breath is yoga. This means that the century-old Yoga practice includes ASANAS as well, where very correct way of movement for the activation of internal organs. In machine age people are not doing any heavy work due to these readymade facilities available, which leads to many fatal dreadful diseases.
