CHILD LABOUR: SPECIAL REFERENCE TO LABUR LAW IN INDIA

Abstract

Child labour has been an international problem because it spoil and destroy the future of a children. Children are the future of a nation. Yet, there are millions deprived children in our country who have never known a normal carefree childhood. The Indian law on children says that any child below age of 14 cannot be employed either in a factory or restaurant, home or office.
