Abstract

Our Constitution has a few procurements including proviso (3) of article 15, condition (e) and (f) of article 39, articles 45 and 47 which force on the state an essential obligation of guaranteeing that every one of the requirements of children are met and that their fundamental human rights are completely ensured. Be that as it may, it is seen that amid event of any Natural Calamities, the children get to be prey to the powerless circumstance, lose their everything emotionally supportive networks, from our general public.
