Now is the time of doing all the commercial activities electronically through internet due to lack of time with everyone. E-commerce is spreading its wings in all the types of goods and services and people are also getting attached to it. One of the major disadvantage is that it is not possible in rural area or an area in which these is network problem. Rules and regulations related to e-commerce are different for each company so a person must have knowledge and must read conditions before availing its benefit.
