PANORAMA OF GIRLS LITERACY IN RAJASTHAN AND THEIR COLLABORATIVE APPROACHES FOR IMPROVEMENT THROUGH RASHTRIYA MADHYAMIC SHIKSHA ABHIYAN (RMSA)

Abstract

This paper contrasts the present scenario of girl’s education challenges and opportunities for schooling for girls in Rajasthan. The study has also thrown light into the status and challenges of secondary education problems. In Rajasthan girls literacy percent is very of wide level as compared to male- female literacy ratio. The Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyana provides all infrastructural as well as teaching facilities to uplift literacy rate in girls and overcome dropout problems by girls in geographical terrain through focused policy, planning and robust implementation.
