Abstract

At present, India's foreign policy has gained a new dimension strategically in the Indian Ocean. About eight percent of the world's total marine trade is transported to the Indian Ocean. It is normal for the Indian Ocean to not see the various major regional and non -regional power influences on the region to reside in the center of the continent of Asia
