Abstract

Retention is also accomplished by creating an environment in which employees can grow their careers. Companies know the importance of creating a work setting based on continuous learning. Each member of the Companies workforce has the potential to develop and advance into higher level positions by taking advantage of available training programs. Companies experience a lower turnover rate when focused on the selection process. Diligent screening and matching the best applicant with the appropriate position is important in gaining employee loyalty. Placing candidates in positions they are well qualified for sets them up for success.
