Abstract

The entire piece of writing looks at the different legal frameworks available on the part of the government of Delhi in concern with slum dwellers. It further deals with government policies and schemes related to the migrated, underprivileged and marginalized residents who lives in inhuman conditions to earn their livelihood in different slums of Delhi.
