Abstract

Post Covid 19 Pandemic, there is a rise in the online shopping behaviour of consumers in India. Due to more dependability on internet and smartphones, lockdown imposed by the Government authorities, work from home culture, severe illness due to covid virus which created demand for convenience in food consumptions accelerated the growth of online food delivery applications (Chowdhury, 2023).
