Abstract

The area under study Kolkata as Kolkata municipal corporation (KMC) is capital district of Indian state of West Bengal and is located in eastern India on the east bank of river Hooghly. Kolkata has been nicknamed the city of joy it comes from the friendly and loving behaviour of all the citizens all over the places making the city more lively and enjoyable.
