Abstract

With more cases being recorded each year, workplace bullying has grown to be a big concern for both businesses and employees. This study seeks to investigate impact of workplace bullying on workers’ physical health. It also investigates how often bullying is among Indian workers across a range of sectors. Bullying in the workplace is a widespread issue that can have devastating effects on victims' physical and mental well-being, as well as their levels of job satisfaction and productivity.
