Abstract

Increasing population increased demand of worker as a server in many industries, companies, educational field, medical field, construction sites etc. To fulfill the demand nowadays its common to found a women driver, women secretary, women boss, women chefs, women surgeon and a women pilot also .In India women work participation also increased from few decades. The social and economic conditions of women also responsible for their employment.
