Abstract

Stress is defined as a sudden change that occurs in our mind, body, or emotions. Perceived stress includes thoughts about how unpredictable and uncontrollable one’s life is, how frequently one needs to deal with annoying hassles, how much change is occurring in one’s life, and confidence in one’s capacity to handle issues or serious problems. Job satisfaction is a result of a mix of psychological, physiological, and environmental factors.
