Female domestic workers constitute a neglected group in the unorganized sector of India. They have faced exploitation for decades. This trend of keeping females as a domestic worker has increased day by day. This could be because of lack of education, Unemployment and lack of other Vocational skills. In recent years, only Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) have ex-pressed concern about their well-being.
