Abstract

Performance appraisal has always been an area of interest for all those organizations where employees are considered to be an asset and care is taken to make sure that they are motivated and work with complete dedication. In Higher Education Institutions also the process of performance appraisal is followed to ensure maximum motivation, development and cohesiveness.
