The basic purpose behind this study is to find out various challenges face by those labour or wokers who migrant their own land for the seek of Roti,Kapada and makan .the law applicable for protection of migrant labour in our country is In terms of wage policy in India, it has been observed that male and female migrant workers get lower wages than minimum wages.
