Abstract

Gazing large natural disaster through geopolitical prism has been major interest in the post cold war era of humanitarianism. Seeing the rise of number of natural disaster , its cross border nature and its occurrence in the geographical region marked as strategically sensitive one have posed serious challenges before the State to respond.
