Abstract

Migration is a common process through ages. However it has multiple causes due to which it occurs. Among these causes employment is one of the most common cause of migration which can be seen through various researches and studies. Migration occupies in the social and cultural life of the people has not been commensurate with the attention it has so far received by sociologists, anthropologists and demographers in our country.
