Rabindranath Tagore is one of those Indian philosophers who have gifted the world the rich cultural legacy to cherish forever. His profound knowledge paired with deep meditation and extensive travel ooze out in his writings in a manner that it is no less than treasure for mankind. In Tagore’s writings, one can find the responses to some perennial inquiries, troubling mankind in the darker phases of life. It must be duly noted that Tagore had lived through the era in which the world had witnessed the two world wars and a pandemic.
