Abstract

Heavy carbon emissions and climate change with an impact from industrialization has made the organization’s attention towards safeguarding community and environment inducing, sustainability in their management practices. Green HRM is one of the emerging concept for improving the environmental management system and evaluating environmental performance of the business. Research on GHRM practices such as green recruitment, green performance management, green training and development, green compensation and green initiatives are touching heights in the field of business and management.
