Abstract

The more you sweat in peace, the less you bleed in war. Apart from regular routine challenges faced by Military personnel, they are also trained to stay mentally and emotionally strong during the odds. However as we all know that all human beings have a threshold to reach before breaking point. To increase this threshold limit, each person build and acquire some coping strategies to enhance their psychological wellbeing and resilience against odd times.
