Abstract

This paper aims to look at the connection between social qualities and work convictions. It likewise tries to decide the degree of work convictions (estimated regarding Authoritative Conviction, Hard working attitude Conviction and Political Conviction) among chiefs given their degree of social qualities (estimated concerning Vulnerability Aversion, Independence/Community, Manliness/Feminity and Power Distance).
