Abstract

Today in this contemporary world of contenders each association need a powerful human asset the executives to support on the lookout. To prevail in the business the human asset the board rehearses should be amazing. Human resources (HR) policies and practices are regarded as formal commitments that are focused upon the ways, in which employers treat the employees.
